CAUTIONS

1. Free Saline - This product is including saline for free in order to mix with toxin. However, there is a possibility for the package of saline to be missing, broken or damaged during the shipment. Unfortunately, we do not compensate it as a store credit or reshipping. Saline is widely available in pharmacy, and you can purchase it in your local pharmacies or online shops.

2. Empty Bottle - It may appear so at first sight; however, we assure you the bottle is not empty. Botulinum toxins mostly come in a powdered form* (with the exception of Innotox). The powder is very fine that it can easily be mistaken for an empty bottle, however, we can assure you that all of units are accounted for. You will need to dilute the toxin with the saline to use it.

3. Melted Ice - You're about to order botulinum toxins. Please be informed that during summer season, despite proper packaging, products may arrive in relatively warm or even hot conditions. Based on our experience and tests results, the product may lose its efficiency up to 10%. Please proceed with purchase upon your discretion. 

4. Storing Diluted Product - Botulinum toxin products basically recommended to use all the units once opened within 24 hours from mixing according to the description. Based on doctor's experience, it is still recommended to use units AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you have remaining toxin after the first use, it would be possible to store and use up to one month, but it can be less effective up to 10%. Toxins should be stored in a fridge.\

Main Ingredients

Protocol of Procedures

1. Consultation:

• An in-depth consultation is essential to determine the patient’s suitability for Neuronox treatment. This includes discussing the patient’s aesthetic goals or therapeutic needs, medical history, and any contraindications.

• Photographs of the treatment area may be taken for documentation and progress tracking.

2. Pre-Treatment Preparation:

• The area to be treated is cleansed with an antiseptic solution to reduce the risk of infection.

• In some cases, a topical anesthetic may be applied, although the procedure is generally well-tolerated.

3. Reconstitution of Neuronox:

• Neuronox 100U is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It must be reconstituted with sterile saline (usually 2.5 ml or 5 ml) before use, depending on the desired concentration.

• The reconstituted solution should be clear and colorless. It should be used within 24 hours when stored in a refrigerator.

4. Injection Process:

• The Neuronox solution is injected using a fine needle into the targeted muscles. The injection sites are chosen based on the muscle activity and desired outcome.

• The number of units injected varies according to the area being treated and the individual patient’s needs.

5. Post-Treatment Care:

• After the injection, patients are advised to avoid lying down or massaging the treated area for at least 4 hours to prevent migration of the toxin.

• Strenuous physical activity and exposure to excessive heat (like saunas) should be avoided for 24 hours post-procedure.

6. Onset of Action and Results:

• Patients typically begin to see results within 3 to 7 days after the injection, with full effects visible in 10 to 14 days.

• The results generally last 3 to 6 months, after which repeat treatments are necessary to maintain the effect.

7. Potential Side Effects:

• Common side effects include mild bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection site, which usually resolve within a few days.

• Rare but serious side effects can include muscle weakness, ptosis (drooping of the eyelid), or allergic reactions. Immediate medical attention is required if these occur.

8. Follow-Up:

• A follow-up appointment is usually scheduled 2 weeks after the initial treatment to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments.

• For therapeutic indications, the dosing schedule and follow-up are determined by the treating physician based on the patient’s response and condition.
